Bob and Lucy, originally from the UK, own the shop.  They are living their own personal dream in Australia.  Both Bob and Lucy have travelled extensively, and they actually met whilst backpacking on Fraser Island in Queensland.  They love the opportunity to send other people on lifetime adventures, similar to the ones they've already had.

Of course, they don't do all the work alone, far from it.  They have a great team of Travel Consultants to provide valuable backpacker travel advice to all their customers.
