The majority of the accommodation that we deal with is backpacker standard. This means that it’s cheap, fairly basic, central and fun.  The price that you pay is for a dorm bed.  The price for this bed can vary depending on many factors including the number of beds in the room and the facilities available in the room i.e. air-conditioning or an en suite bathroom.

Nearly all hostels will offer baggage storage, Internet access, swimming pool, laundry facilities and kitchen facilities.  Some will offer a free breakfast, which is always a good money-saver.  Those that are located slightly out-of-town will usually provide a free shuttle bus service between the main bus terminal and the airport.  It’s worth comparing hostels to see what they offer as some of these inclusions can save you a fair bit of money.

A lot of backpacker hostels have a bar, and sometimes a restaurant in the vicinity.  Please note that if this is case then they are not allowed to take customers under the age of 18.  We can help you find more suitable accommodation for this age group.

Many hostels have a party atmosphere, however some are known their “party all night” vibe, whereas others are far more chilled-out, and a few are recognised for being quiet and relaxed.
