As we've been there, done it, and planned it for hundreds of other people, we know lots of handy little traveller tricks.

For example, we know when you can take night buses for longer trips and save on accommodation (and money).  We know what days certain trips depart and whether they return in-time for your onward journey.  We know what to expect from all the hostels and whether you'll get a free breakfast.  We know where to party, where to chill and where to swim with whale sharks.

Why waste time checking-out the small details?  We already know them, and will ensure that your trip is perfect.  Don't leave it till it's too late, and miss out on something unmissable. 

So, you decide to give our service a go ... what have you got to lose?  Here's what happens ...

Just email us with some information about your forthcoming travels.  Give us as much or as little information as you like.

You'll be assigned to a Travel Consultant who will plan your trip.  We assess your details to decide which Travel Consultant is best suited to you.  We take into consideration your nationality, and where you are planning to travel.  You Travel Consultant will contact you to introduce themselves.  They will provide you with the details you have requested, or may need to get some more information from you.

For detailed travel planning we'll provide you with an electronic calendar with a suggested itinerary.  Remember that this can be changed as many times as necessary to ensure that we get it exactly right.

For every tour that we recommend, we'll provide a direct web link (taking you to the main Tribal Travel shopping cart) with full details and photos of that specific tour.

We'll provide a quote for the tour or package that you've requested information about.  Please note that all our prices are fully inclusive, unless otherwise stated.  Some tours have an extra cost, which is payable directly to the operator on commencement of your tour - we will always state this extra cost to enable you to account for it in your budget.

When and if you decide to book your trip with us, we'll reserve and organise everything on your itinerary for you.  We will then email you your tickets with a finalised copy of your itinerary.

We accept payment by cash, Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard.  In order for us make your reservations and confirm your trip, we need to take full payment.  We will send you a scanned copy of your receipt as soon as payment has been accepted.

Open-dated tickets offer you an economical way to purchase travel in a discounted travel package, but still allow you the flexibility to do what you want, when you want.  We basically provide all your tickets for you but instead of booking you a date with the tour operator, we leave your tickets open-dated (at no extra cost).  This means that you can phone the tour opertor whenever you're ready to do the tour (the phone number for the operator will be stated on the ticket).  Open-dated tickets are valid for a full year.
